How to File a Report (English)

General Process

The three Form pages and Payment page must be completed to report a suspected illegal alien and/or an illegal employer. After submission, ReportIllegals.com creates a report that will be transmitted to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

You are welcome to try the data entry process without making payment. Just enter data as directed up to the payment process. Your data is discarded if payment is not made.

You are encouraged to double check data before proceeding to the next page. However, it is possible to click on BACK, and any Form Resubmission, to reenter data on Form1, Form2, and Form3 pages.

After making payment for the first order, additional orders can be entered by restarting at Form1 page.

On Form1, Form2 and Form3 pages below you may enter data indicated by bold green. Also, throughout this web site bold green or green indicates possible navigation or actions you may take.

Please provide as much accurate and detailed information as you reasonably can.

Four Easy Steps to File a Report:

1. Complete Form1 page (Illegal Alien and/or an Illegal Employer Data)

Enter Suspected Violation Type, Suspected Illegal Alien Contact Information and Suspected Illegal Employer Contact Information.

2. Complete Form2 page (Anonymous or disclose Reporting Name and Telephone)

You must choose whether to be disclose your Reporting Party Name and Telephone to ICE.

Unless you have a credible fear, ReportIllegals.com encourages you to disclose Reporting Party Name and Telephone.

Sometimes investigating agents might need additional information from the reporting party such as current address or whether the illegal alien might have weapons. By providing your Reporting Party Name and Telephone the investigating agent will be able contact you for information vital to the enforcement action.

If an agency asks ReportsIllegals.com for additional information and if you have not entered your Reporting Party Name and Telephone you would receive an email message from ReportIllegals.com asking you to telephone the agency to provide the information.

3. Complete Form3 page (Optional Data to ReportIllegals.com)

You may optionally enter Comments to ReportIllegals.com and Your Email Address.

Comments to ReportIllegals.com and Your Email Address will NOT be disclosed in the ICE report.

ReportIllegals.com encourages you to enter Your Email Address, otherwise you will NOT receive a copy of the completed ICE report.

Some reporting parties are fearful to disclose their email address. If you do not enter your email address an eight-digit identifier will be assigned and the ICE report cannot be emailed to you.

ReportIllegals.com will never disclose your email address on the report or to anyone else.

4. Complete Payment page

Processing of a completed form below is $15.

Suspected Illegal Alien Comments

Especially important are date of birth, criminal history and immigration violations. Enter other information such as gender (male or female) and nationality.

If known, enter criminal history such as felony/misdemeanor convictions and previous arrests.

Describe immigration law violations such as unauthorized entry, visa violations or Order of Deportation. Especially important are resident alien numbers, passport numbers, visa type and specific information regarding official documents. See Law (opens in new window) for possible immigration violations.

If an illegal entry to US will be attempted it is important to include date, port of entry and transit mode such as flight number or vehicle license number.

If an illegal alien has illegally obtained a driver's license, it is important to include the state of issuance, name used on the license, date of birth used, and if possible, the driver's license number.

Include information on other suspected unlawful activity such as using or producing counterfeit documents, fraudulent social security numbers, tax avoidance, human smuggling/trafficking, drug importation or dealing, marriage fraud, bigamy, or welfare fraud.
