Anonymity

You must choose whether to be anonymous or to disclose your identity to the agencies. By providing your Reporting Party Name and Telephone on Form2 page you may be helping the investigation proceed in the case where an agent needs additional information such as current address or whether the illegal alien might have weapons.

  1. If the subject were involved in a EOIR (Immigration Court) hearing it is possible the data submitted to the agency could be subpeoned by a defense attorney during the discovery process.

Agencies typically do not provide status reports so none can be emailed to the reporting party. If a status report or request for information from an agency is received ReportIllegals.com will email the information to the reporting party but will never disclose the identity of the reporting party to the agency if the reporting party choose to remain anonymous in the Reporting Party Contact Information section of the form.

Responsibility of the Reporting Party

The reporting party is expected to retain and use the same identifier which is an email address.
